The Role
As an Experienced Waiter / Waitress, you’ll learn our daily operations, floor and bar, and
gradually take ownership of the café’s flow. You’ll help create a welcoming guest
experience, keep energy high, and support your team. This is your chance to grow in a
company that values both quality and culture.
Responsibilities
- Support opening and closing shifts
- Greet and serve guests with warmth
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Support the team across all areas of the café
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Learn and grow coffee knowledge and café operations
Who You Are
- Experienced in hospitality or the service industry
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and motivated to learn
- Collaborative, low-ego, and service-oriented
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Reliable, accountable, and ready to take responsibility
- Comfortable working weekdays and weekends

We’re looking for a chef with a few years of experience who’s eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and be part of something ambitious. You bring energy, professionalism, and enjoy working in a supportive, experienced team while valuing balance and a healthy work culture.
What we’re looking for
- A trained chef with at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- Someone motivated to grow and take ownership
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced daytime kitchen
