We care about the first meals of the day. We got frustrated with how coffee shops don't take the most precious meal of the day seriously – so we went on a journey to make the experience as spectacular as we possibly could. Every single thing we serve has to pass one simple, test: Is this the best we’ve ever had? If it isn’t, it goes straight back to the drawing board.
